I have been a licensed Occupational Therapist since 2020, with experience across acute rehabilitation, hospital-based care, and mobile outpatient services. Working in a variety of settings has allowed me to support individuals across the lifespan and develop a well-rounded, functional approach to care.
I am passionate about meeting patients where they are — both physically and personally — and believe some of the most meaningful progress happens in the comfort of home. My approach is goal-oriented, patient-centered, and focused on helping individuals maintain independence, safety, and quality of life as they age in place.
I am certified in LSVT BIG, an evidence-based treatment program designed to improve movement and mobility for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological movement disorders. I strive to provide compassionate, individualized care that empowers each client to confidently engage in the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of work, I am a proud military spouse and mother of two daughters. My family and I love spending time outdoors, traveling, and embracing new adventures together with our dog, Bowie. As a military family, I understand the importance of adaptability, connection, and creating a sense of comfort and support wherever life takes you.
Who We Are
Testimonials
“I have had the extremely positive experience of having Anna as my occupational therapist for many months. She knows before I do what I need to accomplish my goals. She is a very strong and loving person who I miss terribly since she stopped treating me. Her knowledge of occupational therapy is exceptional. She is also kind and helpful. I am sad to lose her but anyone would be lucky to have her as a therapist. She is a true diamond.”
“My experience working with Anna was amazing. She was compassionate and so kind to my husband. He has Parkinson’s and was having trouble walking. They did exercises and went outside and walked around our condo complex. Anna helped him walk further than he ever had. I would highly recommend anyone who needs occupational therapy to work with Anna.”
“We first met Anna two years ago when my husband was paralyzed with fear of falling. He suffers from NPHydrocephalus and balance is one of the side effects. He had fallen so often that he had lost his confidence and could hardly take a step.
Anna started working with him and took it one step at a time. She was patient with him and he slowly regained his confidence. There was never a problem or issue that came up that she didn’t have an answer for. How do we get him upstairs? What is the best way to get him into bed? How do I get him into the shower? How do I get him in the car? How should I deal with bathroom issues?
At one point, he was so weak he couldn’t get up from the sofa, which is his favorite place to sit. She had a solution for that. A solution that we continue to use today.
Hydrocephalus doesn’t go away. It is a degenerative disease and he will continue to decline, but with the techniques she has taught him and me I’m hoping to keep him home for a longtime.
In addition, Anna came to our house for his OT sessions. We did not have to leave the house and she was able to adapt her therapy sessions to his environment. That was most helpful.
We have worked with other OT personnel in the past but there is no one that can compare to
Anna. She is just amazing. She really cares for her patients, is a brilliant problem solver, and loves what she does.”
